• 1/8 tsp nutmeg powder
• 100 ml of water
• 50 ml of apple vinegar
• 1 tsp chopped parsley
• 1/2 tsp thyme
• 50 grams of cheddar cheese

Instructions:

1. Melt the butter and saute the onion until it withers. Add the cabbage and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg powder. Stir well.
2. Spread the meat with salt and pepper, let stand for 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, saute the apples in butter. Add honey, sugar and nutmeg. Stir until wilted. Pour water and apple vinegar. Cook until half-wilted. Take 2/3 of the apples and blender with the broth.
4. Arrange the cabbage at the bottom of a heat-resistant dish that has been smeared with butter. Put the meat on it. Arrange mushrooms here and there. Pour the apple blender. Sprinkle parsley, thyme and grated cheese.
5. Oven for 1 hour until cooked and tender meat. After being lifted, arrange the apples that have not been blended on top.Serve it
