Delicious Chese Cake Capucino

Ingredients :
Sponge cake moka size 20x20 cm, split 2 in transversely, shape according to cutter mold.
Cheesecake:
- 300 g white cooking chocolate, roughly chopped
- 250 ml double cream / cream thick
- 750ml cream cheese / cream cheese
- 50 g of caster sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- Team together until gelatin dissolves:
- 2 teaspoons of gelatin
- 3 tablespoons instant capucinno powder
- 6 tbsp of hot water
Decoration:
- 200 g brown stems, shaved, store in freezer
1. Prepare mica plastic according to the shape of the cutter mold, basically coated with cardboard / aluminum foil
