INSTRUCTIONS:
- How to Make Custard: Beat egg yolks and sugar until thick, pour into milk and bring to a boil while stirring, remove, and cool.
- Arrange the lady's finger on the bottom of a footed glass. Apply with strawberry jam all over the surface.
- Sprinkle macaron almonds then flush sherry, let stand for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle strawberries and custard, decorate the trifle surface with whipped cream.
- Let stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
