INGREDIENTS :
- 500 grams of high protein flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tablespoon of white butter
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 pack of instant yeast
- 325 ml of water
- MATERIAL CONTENTS :
- 75 grams of white butter
- 100 grams of palm sugar mixed with 150 grams of raisins, 150 grams of sultana (yellow raisins), and 1 tsp of legit seasoning
MATERIALS:
2 tablespoons of sunflower oil
3 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 tablespoons of honey
HOW TO MAKE LARDY CAKE:
- Sift the flour and add the white salt and butter while stirring evenly.
- Add sugar, water, knead the mixture until it is mixed, sprinkle yeast, knead the mixture until it is elastic, then let stand for 30 minutes.
- Squeeze the mixture 1/2 cm thick. spread white butter slightly above the surface of the mixture until smooth.
- Sprinkle raisins. Fold both ends in the middle. Fold back two parts. Let stand for 20 minutes.
- Rub the surface of the bread with sunflower oil, honey, kerat-kerat then sprinkle sugar. Oven with a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
- Lift and after being chopped into pieces.
- Serve it.
