Mattar Paneer's recipe
- 1 cup curd cheese, diced
- 1 handful of beans, wash them into pieces
- 3 tomatoes, medium size, wash, remove the contents and cut into pieces
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 2 ginger knuckles, grated
- 375 ml of water
- 1 teaspoon of cilantro powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 onion, diced
- Right amount of oil
How to make:
1. Fry, cumin, onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant. Then put the tomatoes and fry until crushed, chill.
2. Fried curd cheese until slightly browned. After the tomatoes cool, blend until smooth.
3. Put it in the pan again, add water, coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and beans, mix well. Cook for 10 minutes.
4. Then last enter the curd cheese and let it boil for 10 minutes, lift it. Mattar Paneer is ready to serve.
