Soup Seafood Recipes
If you are a fan of soup menu, you can try this seafood soup recipe. Because the cooking method is quite easy and does not take much time. Seafood soup contains good nutrition because in addition to containing various vitamins, seafood is also a source of high protein and also Omega 3.
The seafood soup is deliciously eaten in cold weather or in the rain to warm our bodies. Soup is also an alternative to a snack or appetizer before we can enjoy the main course. Tips from us: to avoid the squid being hard and tough, do not cook seafood for too long. Also if there are fish fans, you can also add fish that have been cut in this soup.
Ingredients :
- 1.5 liters of water or broth sauce
- 200 grams of shrimp, peeled and then cut into small pieces
- 200 grams of squid, clean and then cut into small pieces
- 20 grams of ear mushrooms, soak in water until wilted, long slices
- 1 peeled carrot and long thin slice
- 1 egg, shake off
- 3 cloves of garlic, fine count
- 2-3 tablespoons fish sauce
- ½ tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1½ tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tbsp of water
- Cooking oil
How to Make :
1. Heat a little cooking oil then saute garlic until fragrant
2. Enter the shrimp, squid, mushrooms and carrots, stir briefly
3. Add water or broth, fish sauce, pepper powder, salt and granulated sugar, stirring evenly and boiling
4. Add the mixture of cornstarch that has been stirred with water, stir briefly until thickened then enter the egg and stir briefly. Lift
