INSTRUCTIONS
- Cream butter and Splenda in a mixing bowl.
- Add the eggs and mix again.
- Add vanilla extract and vinegar and mix again.
- Add the food coloring and mix again. The batter will curdle and look odd...Don't worry at all!
- Add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and mix until just combined.
- Scoop out the cookie dough (about 1 tsp) and roll it into small balls. You can roll the balls in a bowl filled with powdered sugar or granulated sugar or nothing at all.
- Place them on a cookie tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 6-7 minutes or until the cookies are slightly crispy on the sides. Enjoy!
