INGREDIENTS
  • 14.5 oz tomatoes diced
  • 5 oz cream cheese
  • 16 oz ziti pasta uncooked
  • 24 oz traditional Ragu
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • dried basil
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded, divided


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. cook pasta as directed on package in a big pot. put off pasta.
  2. Preheat oven to 375.
  3. add pasta sauce, tomatoes and cream cheese to big pot and cook dinner till nicely combined and cream cheese is melted.
  4. add pasta back to pan and mix properly.
  5. Layer 1/2 the pasta into a greased 9x13 pan.
  6. top with bitter cream, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese.
  7. Layer on the ultimate of the pasta. pinnacle with ½ cup Mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes.
