No need for takeout with this Copycat Chipotle Chicken Burrito Bowl! Made just like your favored restaurant’s burrito bowl, this recipe is filling, wholesome and the right manner to use your leftover shredded chicken.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 heads romaine hearts, chopped
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

  • 2 cups salsa (I like my homemade pico de gallo or pineapple salsa but feel free to use store-bought if short on time)
  • 1 lime, cut into quarters
  • For the shredded chicken:
  • 2 organic chicken breasts, cooked and shredded




INSTRUCTIONS 
  1. Add romaine, beans, rice, and chicken to a bowl.
  2. Top with salsa and guacamole.
  3. Squeeze a 1/4 lime into each bowl.
  4. Stir to combine
