Smooth Blueberry Lemon Cream Cheese Danish for a fast breakfast. The Danish start with keep-sold crescent rolls and are full of sweetened lemon cream cheese and blueberry pie filling. This clean Cream Cheese Danish is ideal to serve for a vacation breakfast or a weekend breakfast in.
Blueberry Danishes are my jam. I really like breakfast pastries and this candy roll danish is pretty smooth to make for a sweet breakfast dessert.
I'm able to move months without a pastry and other instances, I consume them for a month or two at a time. however those Blueberry Cream Cheese Danishes, they were gone in just a day or two.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 5 1/2 tablespoons powdered confectioners' sugar
- 2 cans store-bought crescent rolls ( I used big and flaky)
- granulated sugar, to dush
- 21 ounces blueberry pie filling
Icing
- 1 cup powdered confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 levels F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, integrate granulated sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and cream cheese. Beat until smooth; set apart.
- Unroll crescent rolls. There will be four big rectangles of dough pre-reduce down the middle strains. Run a knife down the middle each vertically and horizontally. dismiss the crescent shapes, you want 4 rectangles. Repeat with 2nd crescent rolls container.
