ROASTED BEET SALAD RECIPE WITH MISO DRESSING RECIPES

ROASTED BEET SALAD RECIPE WITH MISO DRESSING RECIPES

INGREDIENTS :
For the Miso Dressing:

  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp water
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger - grated
  • 2 tbsp white miso - (see notes)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise - optional, see notes

For the Salad:

  • 3/4 cup macadamia nuts
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds - to garnish
  • 10 ounces cherry tomatoes - halved

INSTRUCTIONS :
For the Beets:
