I'm always trying to find ways to pack plenty of flavors into foods that are relatively quick and straightforward and this stir-fry Chicken Ramen achieves that during a shovel. It combines a soft juicy chicken, so good spicy and savory sauce you'll be tempted to lick the bowl clean, and crunchy veggies all the Cheese on top of the bed ramen noodles. i prefer to sprinkle tons of leeks and sesame seeds on top to eat a weekday ready during a snap.

This is an excellent multipurpose meal where you'll literally use all types of meat or vegetables you would like . Just buy Ramen package, stir seasoning bag, we do not need them and let's start cooking!

CHICKEN RAMEN STIR FRY RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 9 oz ramen noodles
  • 2 tbsp butter unsalted
  • 2 chicken breasts sliced thin
  • 1/2 tsp pepper or to taste
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups napa cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 cup green onion sliced
  • sesame seeds optional, for garnish

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sriracha

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cook the ramen: According to package instructions, reserve 1 cup of water from the pot.
  2. Combine the sauce: In a small bowl combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha, honey, and sesame oil. Whisk well.
  3. Cook the chicken: Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat before adding the sliced chicken. Season with pepper and cook till browned, flip over and season again with pepper before allowing to cook through.
  4. Add the veggies: Add the sliced bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes before adding the garlic and cooking till aromatic. Stir in the shredded cabbage and allow to cook till it has wilted and browned, typically an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Finish the stir fry: Add in the ramen noodles, the prepared sauce, you can pour in some of the reserved water to ensure the sauce combines well. Add the green onion and cook for an additional minute before topping with sesame seeds and serving hot.
