Creamy, tasty and super easy This Chicken pot Pie is topped with Cheddar biscuits and may be a simple weekday dinner perfect.
Chicken Pot Pie is one among the recipes that we grew up with. Now I've never really been the foremost Pie pot lover, my mom wont to make me the banquet brand once I was a child , and that i think I just grew up from liking them.

But when it involves switching it and turning it into a casserole, it's a game Changer. This Chicken pot Pie casserole may be a SUPER simple dinner recipe to organize and feed the entire family.
Baked during a 9 "x13 " baking dish, you recover from average Pie recipe pots, and you'll make it easier by switching some ingredients!
When it involves family favorite food, this one should be one among the highest . While my kids and husbands do Fancy pot Pie now and again, they like more casserole.
This is only one of them that's easy to whip together a recipe. we would like to use butter flavored chips and add cheese to the highest for a touch extra flavor, but you'll use whatever you wish and choose to not use the cheese completely.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 16 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 10.5 oz cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Milk
- 1/2 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh thyme optional
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat ove to 350.
- In large pan add your chicken, vegetables, soup, milk and seasonings and stir to combine.
- Heat over medium heat on stove until it comes to a light boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Pour into uncreased 9"x13" baking dish and spread out evenly.
- Top with 8 flaky biscuits and brush tops of biscuits with a little bit of milk and top each with some of the cheese.
- Bake in oven for about 30 minutes until biscuits are cooked through and golden and filling is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
