Chinese Herbal Soup Recipe
For those of you who really like to eat and love cuisines from Asia, here I will explain the menu that you must prepare to eat and certainly very easy to make and taste like in a restaurant, okay just go ahead !
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken chicken claw
- 2 pieces of chicken thighs
- 1/2 tsp angkak
- 1 tablespoon ko chi che, goji berries
- 5 angco
- 1 carrot, finely rounded slices
- 1 garlic, geprek
- 1 segment of ginger, geprek
- 1 liter of water
- Salt and sugar
How to make:
1. Prepare ingredients: Angco and goji soak in hot water for a while and remove the hard part.
2. Heat water. Enter ginger, garlic, chicken. Cover the pan, simmer for 10 minutes. Enter carrots. Boil again until the carrot is rather soft.
3. Enter angkak, angco, goji. Boil over low heat for 10 minutes.
4. Boil until the water is 1/2 pot. Add salt, sugar to taste. Taste test. Turn off the fire.
