How To Make tteokbokki

- 2 tablespoons of tapioca flour
- 8 tablespoons of "rose brand" rice flour
- 1/4 cup of hot water
- salt to taste
Sauce ingredients:
- 4 onion cloves
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 10 seeds of cayenne
- 3 tablespoons of chilli sauce / spaghetti / tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup of water
- flavoring
How to make:
1. Mix enough tapioca flour, rice flour and salt. Knead with hot water until smooth. The shape of the dough becomes elongated.
2. simmer hot water that has been mixed with a little oil, boil the mixture until it is cooked for about 8-10 minutes.
3. drain and cut - cut the dough to taste.
4. Mix all ingredients and puree with a blender or mixer.
5. saute the mashed spices and add the tteokbokki mixture, stirring until blended.
6. Add water and wait until it is absorbed.
7. Tteokbokki is ready to be served.
