Ramyeon Recipe



Who doesn't know about this one food? There are many Ramyeon noodles that can be found in regular supermarkets. There are special ways to make it.

Ingredients:


  • 1 pack of Korean Ramyeon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick of spring onions, cut thin
  • 1 sheet of kraft cheese
  • Additional side dishes: Korean rice cake (toppoki), crab stick or kimchi

How to make:

1. Cook ramyeon as usual.


2. Enter the chopped onion leaves and additional side dishes (if you want).


3. Enter the ramyeon seasoning. Add a little salt and pepper to strengthen the taste.


4. Place a sheet of kraft cheese on top of the boiling noodles.


5. Insert the eggs and turn off the stove, let the eggs cook in ramyeon hot sauce. If you don't like half-cooked eggs, put the eggs together with the leeks.


6. Let it be even worse, don't serve it in a bowl, just eat it directly from the pan.
