Salsa Salad Recipe
This Mexican food has a sweet, sour and fresh taste, so when combined with nachos or vegetables it will make the menu even richer.
Salsa Recipe :
- 2 tomatoes size, cut the box
- ½ red bell pepper, cut the box
- ½ onion, cut the box
- 1 lemon, squeeze the water
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 200 grams of chicken breast, steamed, cut the box
- 3 eggs, boil, then slice roughly
- 5 lettuce leaves, coarse chopped
- 100 grams of pipil sweet corn, boiled
- 100 grams of purple cabbage, coarse chopped
- 1 green parika, coarse chopping
How to make:
1. Mix tomatoes, peppers, onions, red peppers in a container, then mix well.
2. Add lime juice and salt, stirring again until blended.
3. Let the mixture sit first.
4. Then place it in an airtight container.
5. When serving, mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, then flush with salsa sauce on top. Mix well, then serve.
