BANANA NUT OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 large, ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (+ more for adding in morning)
  • optional: added maple syrup or honey for extra sweetness

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. To an hermetic container or mason jar add your mashed banana, rolled oats, chia seeds and toasted walnuts.
  2. Pinnacle with almond milk, maple syrup + introduced sweetener (if the use of) and stir.
  3. Near top and give it an awesome shake to ensure the whole thing is well-mixed.
  4. Region in the fridge overnight or for as a minimum 6 hours.
  5. In the morning add additional almond milk to thin out (if favored) and pinnacle with additional sliced banana and chopped walnuts.
