- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- zest of one lemon
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- fresh lemon slices for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
