  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, softened
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • optional: 1/4-1/2 cup add-ins like chocolate chips, coconut, chopped dried fruit
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350 stages F.

  3. In a large bowl combine rolled oats, quinoa, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  4. Add in bananas, flax, peanut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup. Stir until well-mixed.
